Prosthetic Contact Lens

To get a prosthetic contact lens, can I see a regular ophthalmologist or a specialist? Thanks.

Depends what it is for?  For a cool looking lens you can go optometrist or ophthalmologist.  For a more complex lens (for a damaged or deformed eye) you might have to see both starting with ophthalmologist then going to someone who specializes in the type of lens you need.
