Pseudotumor in the lacrimal gland

Hello,

we are looking for information and some one who could help - i is about Pseudotumor in the lacrimal gland. in the eye.
this is not "Orbital" or "Cerebri" Pseudotumor,
the doctors in our country don't know what do to. with no reaction to steroids. we will start radiation in a few days, but we don't know if it will help.

in the last MRI a few days a go it seems that it getting worst and also spreading to the other eye.
we don't know where to start searching as the internet is so huge and the disease is so rare,
I hope you could help with information or to lead us to some one who can help.
