On Friday 4-28-16 i had an eye exam. Different kind of drops were used during exam. Now its going on third day. My eyes seem like as if the're covered by some film that blurrs the vision. And my eyes are still sensitive to bright light, especially bright sunny day like outside and more sensitive to noise as well. I also have a Headache/Light Headed and a fever of 99.1 and hard to have my eyes focused because of all this. when i wake up, symptoms feel a bit worse. All of these symptoms been going on since the day of the appointment. why is this happening? What should i do?
Call the optometrist or ophthalmologist that performed the exam and relay your problems. They should have someone on call for emergencies over the weekend. In the meantime try artificial tears, warm compresses, sunglasses and a hat outside Ask for the name of the drop used and avoid it in future exams.
