Pupils are always different size in 4 year-old child

My four-year-old's pupils are always different sized form one another.  Sometimes the difference is more noticeable than others.  There are no other symptoms that I have noticed.  I have no contact with his paternal family to know if this could be hereditary.  Is this something I should have checked?

Yes, have it checked. Be sure the Eye MD ophthalmologist sees the child before any drops are put in the eye. Take in some pictures from 2-3 years ago that are full facial and show the pupils well in the past.

I took my 9 year old son to the opthalmologist for a check up and he notice he had one large pupli and one small one. He now has to go back for two more test. Do you know what test this might be?
