Pupils different sizes?

by MaryJo522, Nov 03, 2009 09:59PM
My pupils do not always change sizes at the same rate. I especially notice it when I go from a darker room into a lighter room. My left eye gets smaller faster than my right eye does. My eyes have also become more sensitive to light, especially when I am driving at night and a car is coming toward me. I have done a little bit of research and am wondering if I have Aide's Syndrome/Eye (or whatever its called). Do you think this is possible?

you may well have Adie's tonic pupil. See an Eye MD ophthalmologist. Take in some pictures of you taken over the last 5 years that show the pupils well. If possible see a neuroophtlamolgoist.   Also don't let the techs put drops in your eye till the Eye MD sees you  find an eye MD at www.aao.org
