i am not sure what you are referring to when u r discussing "muscles" behind the eye - i think u r reffering to what is called a subretinal bleed from blood vessel growth which would be quite unusual in a 27 year old- but to go much beyond that would require me examining her- so i cannot unfortunately completely answer your questions good luck
