This morning 5 AM, I had a spot like a false eyelash I was looking through.  Then it became shaped like a bananna and like black lace.  I cound see through most of it but some was a black/greenish color.  It seems to be centered mostly in by eye on top, close to my nose, in my right eye only.  Might this be anoccular migraine or heaven for bid a beginning of a stroke?

I am not sure if this is an ocular migrane (migraine).  Did you have an associated headache?  Was it in one eye or in both?  How long did it last?
It could also be a floater.  It does not sound like a stroke.  Vision loss from a stroke is usually more profound.
In any case, you should have an eye examination.  This can be done by your local ophthalmologist or at the Henry Ford Hospital at 313 - 916 - 2020.
