I posted previously under "Should I pursue any further?" and appreciate your prompt reply.  I have not yet seen an opthalmologist, but have since had an appointment with my regular neurologist who is unable to determine any cause for these symptoms.  I really would like to get this resolved, but it is so easy to deny that a problem exists when it appears for several days and disappears for weeks at a time.  What could be causing these frustrating episodes, and what would an opthalmologist be able to see that my neurologist hasn't already looked for?  Also, if I do see an opthalmologist when the blurring/peripheral vision problems are not present, will he be able to determine the cause?
Thanks for your time and patience.

Upon waking this morning, I noticed a small clear blister on the white of my eye.  I have never seen this before in conjunction with these symptoms.
