is there a standard test for peripheral vision??? if there is what is it called? if a chart was asking me for degrees from midline,OD & OS
what are they asking for???

Peripheral vision is usually checked by a computerized test and this is called a visual field test.  Most people have at least 140 degrees (total) of peripheral vision.  I hope this answers your question.
