ReZoom lenses and problems

One year ago I had ReZoom lenses put in both eyes at separate times to correct cataracts.  I have not been able to get a good set of glasses since.  I do have a slight astigma issue but my general eye sight is pretty good with ReZoom.  Sometimes I see better without my glasses than I do with them.  My eyes get very dry on a regular basis.  I cannot find a pair of over the counter reading glasses that will work all the time.  I ve been back to my doctor at least three times and each time he changes the prescription but so far none have worked well.  Would I be wise to go to another opthamologist to get a second opinion?  Is there more I need to know in order to get the best I can out of the ReZoom lenses?

Do other people have this kinds of issues.
