Red, puffy wrinkled eyelids

Hello everyone, I am so amazed that so many people suffer from the problem of red, puffy dry eyelids. I have had this problem for 6 months now, and have been going nuts trying to figure out the cause. In the morning I wake up to puffy red lids that itch. During the day the puffiness decreases but my eyelids are itchy, dry and scaly. I am 51 years old and have never had wrinkles around my eyes or on my face until now. My lids now have wrinkles and droopiness. Also sometimes I have a rash on my face around my right eye. The skin gets red, dry and itchy. I've always looked very young for my age, and I'm afraid this condition is beginning to age me quickly ! Please help ! Any suggestions would be appreciated.. Thanks

Please see an ophthalmologist.  There are many causes for your condition.  You probably have some type of blepharitis.
