Red eyes,maybe dry eyes

Red eyes,maybe dry eyes

Hi There I did post this post a week ago since then I have been to eye specialist again and he didn't find anything wrong again.I have red eyes for more then 1 month now , it extremely red in mornings(under red I mean a lot of blood veins visible), i do have pain in eyes or uncomfortability daily when I work with computer(i spent in front of computer almost 12-14 hours a day),the eyes getting tired quick quick.
After first visit to eye specialist he came to conclusion that it's my contact lenses as a cause of redness. he gave me some cleaning drops(some kind of antibiotic) and I didn't wear lenses for 2 weeks. then i post question here and they said it's dry eyes and that i must just go visit the specialist again. I did visit doctor again he game me some eye drops again called refresh liquigel . After using for a week I notice that the redness subside during the day but doesn't disappear completely(the eyes still getting irritated and tired if i don't use drops every 6-7 hours),my eyes are still red in mornings.
The facts the eyes are definitely dry there is no doubt in that(I'm living in South Africa , and we have dry season as it's our winter so there is no rain for more then 1 month and it will stay like that till November and temperature stays +25 +28 daily ) a month ago I sleep with heater every night as it was cold. i stay here for 6 years and i have never experienced before.
What's your opinion on it? Any that can help in particular?I would really appreciate your help

This is very unusual for a 23 year old male.  A heater will dry the air.  A humidifier may help.  Also, consider temporary punctal plugs.

Thank you doctor. Can I have dry red eyes from not enough sleep and spending too much time in front of computer?I have black circles under my eyes for 2-3 years now. What do you think? I'm still struggling to get rid of tonsillitis that was with me for almost 1 and half month but not bad tonsillitis as i don't have throat pains that often now.

Both the black circles under your eyes and dry eyes can be caused by a lack of sleep and spending too much time in front of the computer (dry eyes).
