Red spot/area in white of eye

Night before last, I got punched and got a light black eye around the outer edge of my left eye socket as a result.  Next day, I got the bruise, but I don't recall a red spot, which appeared this morning, being there.  I realize this is probably a subconjunctival hemorrhage, and I'm not too worried about it, but I do want it to go away sooner or later.  I've been exercising recently, and while I don't want to stop right now because I'm just starting to get into it, I don't want to aggravate the condition and possibly make it irreversible.  My question is, may I continue to exercise without worrying about permanent damage to my eye?

a punch to the eye may cause severe damage including bleeding in the eye, traumatic inflammation, damage to the bone below the eyeball (blow out fracture), retinal detachment and ruptured globe.

You need to be check out by an Eye MD to be sure you do not have any of these problems. And stop getting punched out, it's hazzardous to your health.
