Red veiny eyes

The past week or so my eyes have gotten really veiny...They also tear up and drain when im sleeping...Just wondering if this could be a problem or just allergies, staring at a computer screen to long, not getting enough sleep etc...

Please reply im kinda worried about it

I would but at the moment I dont have any health insurance...Are there other alternatives or charity programs that could possibley cover a visit to an Ophthalmologist?
