Retinal Specialists Recommendation in Central NJ

To those of you (Docs and patients) who might've met, heard of or know of a good and patient Retinal Specialist in Central NJ, I am hoping to get good recommendations here on this website.  I am looking for a more patient and compassionate (one that take a little more time to answer/address questions and concerns the patient has) retinal specialist in the CENTRAL and SOUTHERN AREA of NEW JERSEY (Preferably one that spcializes in retinal detachments, retinal diseases, etc).  I did a search online.  BUt It would be even better if a doc and/or patient recommended one that they go to now or heard of from a friends/patients and have said good things about them.  

THe Doc I have now has a good reputation.  BUt he storms out the door so fast and doesnt bother answering my questions....questions only he can answer.  I am looking to get a second opinion.  So if anyone can recommend a good, patient and compassionate doctor, I would really really appreciate it so very much.

Dr. Michael Harris was a first year resident at Hopkins when I was Chief Resident.  He is very good.  I am not sure  about the match with you.
