Retinal Tears/Retinal Detachment/Lattice Degeneration

First, im high myopic with -11.5 in the left eye and -9.5 in the right.
6 months back i had laser therapy for lattice degeneration in my left eye. The doc said ul be fine just come for regular checkups. I go to the doc every 6 months.

Now, I m a MBBS student in 3rd year. I have a 1.5 yr left for graduation and then will appear for National Entrance Examination for which i have to study around 10 to 12 hours a day or maybe even more. I m worried and very anxious that so much studies can lead to more lattice degenerations/tears. :(
Can studies worsen my condition? Myopia? or can it lead to more retinal problems??? Also i go for low weight lifting around 10-15 kgs dumbles. Is it ok? or i shoud stop going to the gym? Any preventive measures i can take?

Plz clear me about my studies. Because i really wanna do good in my studies. But the fear that it may lead to tears is making me very anxious.  Thank you :)

Near work, computers, studying do not cause lattice or retinal hole/tear/detachment.
