Retina(photopsia)

I'm 27 years old female. 6 yrs back I have undergone barrage laser for retinal holes in my both eyes. last year i had my LASIK laser treatment too.  Nowadays   i'm seeing flash light which is not that frequent and also floaters(for 5 yrs) I went to retinal check up last week and doctor said that my eye condition is stable. He ask me to come after six moths for regular check up.

1.My worry is that this flash light a serious symtom for future retinal detachment or a new upcoming retinal hole.
2.Is there any chances of disappearance  of these flashes completly or there is a chance of reducing
3.Or these flashes will be there till my life
4.will this lead to blindness
5.will be my eye good for atleast 30-35 more years

I have undergone barrage 6 yrs back. For a long time, I'm seeing purple colour light spots(not every time) after getting from bed  immidiately(now it is reduced) and also while  closing my eyes for sleep I'm able to see dark purple colour  light moving around(not every time) and some time just black. while opening my eyes Its not visible.my vision is clear and good. But this is scaring me.
1.Is this a side effect of  laser treatment?
2.Is this sight thretening?
3.Is this dangerous and need immediate medical attention?
4.Is there any chances of disappearance of this phosphene?
5.Is this a symptom of glaucoma?

Hello doctor,
while looking for information about eye care in web "showers of floater" is said to be a serious cause.I have undergone barrage 6 yrs ago & LASIK a yr ago.         5 months ago I saw "shower of small black dots(like soot) & it last for 5 sec to 10 sec(I didn't remember correctly) but i didn't went to doctor immediately(since I don't no its a serious cause) but nowadays I'm seeing flashes so I went to check up 10 days ago but doctor said my eye conditon is stable.I said to him about this "shower" also & he said its because of the holes I already have (the treated holes).

1.why I saw such "showers of soots"  when my eye condition is good?
2.If  I see again should I run to doctor immediately?
3.will this cause Vision loss?

I am assuming you have the good sense to be under the care of an ophthalmologist Eye MD.

1. risks are small. many treated retinal holes have some flashing for long periods of time without problem
2 yes
3 less likely
4. very unlikely
5 neither you nor your physicians can tell what will happen "in the rest of your life"

As a generalization it sounds like you are doing well and further problems are unlikely or your Eye MD would have reviewed them with you. Relax.
