Right eye pain/presure/dizziness

I have had extreme pressure on the whole right side of my head. It started with a pounding headache on the r. Side. I . It's not really pain, just horrible pressure ranging from the top right to the ears. The pain comes in the form of very localized small areas in the right temple, not super painful most of the time, just like getting poked with a pin. Sometimes the top right of my head will hurt with a more dull or burning pain. Other intermittent symptoms include numbness on right side of face, cracking or snapping sounds coming from the temple (not while moving my jaw like tmj), and pressure/pain behind the right eye. My right eye is blurry doest work with my left eye with balanced manner. i went to specialist, changed my glasses 5 times, in 4 years, nothing worked.  I had an MRI done as well. tried minor migrane medication, help a little but never worked. This is happening to me for the last 4 years. There are times when I cant leave the house,  i feel depressed, anxious, unable to socialize as I used to, mostly stay alone, became fearful etc.. CAN ANYONE HELP ME PLEASE , I AM SUFFERING ALONE!!!!!

I have the same symptons right eye also , mine started june 2009 lasted for 3 days it was bad could not get out of bed, then i was fine 2 weeks later it comes back and has not left, the pressure sometimes is bad sometimes good.i have seen family doc, hospital, ent, optomortrist, neurologist, now im on my way to see neuro optomologist. i also had mri and ct scans, this is very depressing, i have alot of melt downs. especially at the doc office. also my right arm feels like im having the shakes but im not. ive never had anything like this in my life. I dont know what is going on.,I am praying for some answers. my kids need me..im so looking for a miracle so i can be normal again. I cant drive because of these symptons, I have to depend on friends and relatives. they have been great. i need my life back...if you found out what u were diangnosed with i would like to hear, of if anyone has any suggestions i would love to hear...PLEASE HELP...THANK U

Thank you for responding and information sir, I will fellow up with your suggestion, although I have seen opthalmologist before however i don't recall any on them mentionning they are neuroophthalmolgist.  However i will ask for neuro opthalmoligist specialist as recommended. I suggest seeing an Eye MD ophthalmologist that specializes in neuroophthalmology. In the USA find one at www.aao.org

Your symptoms also suggest some anxiety/depression.

If it was really really serious it would have caused big problems long ago.
