Right eye smaller than the Left eye

I woke up one money feeling small pains on my right eye, then i looked at it on the mirror i saw that it's reddish, I went for check up and the consultant told me she suggest it's a viral disease but she is not specific with the right problem, she give me injection in the eye and after 5 days the red particles went of but it's smaller than the left eye. This problem is like 3.2 months old now and i have been using the prescribed eye drop "CILOXAN". Meanwhile the i vision is normal, i can see with it, but my problem is it's a bit smaller than the left eye. WHAT SHOULD I DO OR WHAT DRUG/EYE DROP SHOULD I USE.

Thanks

Can't tell without examining your eyes.  You need to go see an ophthalmologist if a problem has presisted that long.  You should not be on antibiotics for months at a time.
