My question is I just recieved my new prescription glasses and the right eye is a blurry, the left eye is perfect could this have something to do with giving the wrong power (+ or -)?

There are many causes of new glasses being blurry. This is what you should consider doing:

1. Return to the place that made them and tell them of your problem. Take you OLD glasses as well. Have them recheck the optical centers. If they say there are okay. then
2. Return to the Eye MD or optom that prescribed them. Call the office and ask for a glasses recheck. These are normally done at no charge. Clarify that.  Most MDs and ODs are anxious to help you be satisfied with the new glasses.

(glasses RX are written in both + cylinder and - cylinder (measure same thing like pounds and kilograms).
