SEVERE EYELID SWELLING

four months ago i had allergic conjunctivitis along with swollen eyelids. the conjuctivitis has become better but the swelling is not going away. it keeps on getting worse day by day! when drops such as FML, ZADITEN and VIGAMOX did not work, a week ago i started using PRED FORTE along with histazolin(cromoglycate-tetradrozoline) but it has made very little difference. should a go for a stronger medicine? WHICH DROPS AND OINTMENT WILL MAKE THIS SWELLING GO AWAY QUICKLY? my left eye is looking much smaller than the right one due to this. PLEASE HELP ME

You are on some ultra potent medications both steroids and antibiotics. My suggestion would be to get a second opinion from an Eye MD ophthalmologist that specializes in cornea and external disease. If you live in the USA go to www.aao.org elsewhere ask your family MD to refer you
