Scratched eye

My daughter is 21 and she was throwing snow balls with her boyfriend, and he threw it in her eye. She scratched her eyeball, and its really pain ful. She has been crying slot. Should she go see a doctor? And she has been rubbing it alot too.

She should absolutely see an Eye MD tomorrow morning. That type of injury can cause scratched cornea, traumatic bleeding or glaucoma or retinal detachment.
