Seeing a curtain in my right eye

I had a retina hole in one eye and thinning retina in the other eye. My retina specialist did laser surgeries on both eyes about 10 years ago.

Even after the surgries, I have been seening floaters etc which do not worry me. But over the past several weeks, I started seeing a curtain in my right eye often. It is not always there but a curtain would appear when I turn to look at my left side and disappear.

Is it retina related condition? Since it doesn't go away, I am woried.

Thank you.

Thank you very much for your reccommendation.

I have recently become unemployed and lost medical insurance but I will make an appointment to see my doctor.

It's really great to have a medical site like this! I live in a small island and there aren't any specialists around so it is very helpful.

You need to see an ophthalmologist to make sure you do not have a retinal detachment.
