Seeing a strange figure in vision durig exercise

Hello, when I exercise, specifically when I do jogging while standing, I see a pattern of lines in a circular pattern, they're whitish, I don't know if this would classify as flashes, It feels like they're in sync with my heart beat. I've first noticed this 9 years ago when I was running a marathon and pushed myself hard. I told my opthalmologist about it at the time and he saw my retina then told me it's nothing. Lately it started to bother me, I keep thinking it may not be normal. I would like to say I have -5 myopia and that I see a lot of things more than usual, like blue field entoptic phenoma, flick phosphenes.. I've had an eye exam just recently with full dilated exam and everything looked fine. I did some research and I found few similar complaints, also a study called "Exercise-Induced Transient Visual Events in Young Healthy Adults" the spoke like figure described in there for case 1 & 2 seem like exactly what I see. I'm considering seeing an opthalmologist again to ask about this specifically, I would love some insight from the experts here.

You have to start out with a complaint like this seeing an Eye MD ophthalmologist and an Internist, Cardiologist or very good GP to be sure you do not have eye or cardiovascular disease

Thank you for the reply doctor, do you have any suggestions if they don't find anything wrong?
I also notice this pattern sometimes when I cough or sneeze, but not always, thank you for the insight.
Pressing on the eye or a cough or sneeze can produce pressure and excite the retinal rods causing a light reflex/pattern. It's called an entoptic phenomena.  read the section on that in wikipedia.  Don't look for other causes until you have seen the eye MD and a general medical MD

I would like to add that I see it while looking at a blank wall and when the pace of the exercise is high. Thank you doctor.
