Seeing dots (NOT FLOATIES) and moving circles/squiggly lines.

I have been seeing dots for the past three years.  I had an eye exam done, and they found NOTHING!  Well, it keeps getting worse.  At night is when I see them the most because its dark, and thats all there really is to look at.  Its like looking at a screen that is all fuzzy.  Well tonight I noticed that my eyes are seeing circles or something...Its so hard to explain, but when I look at something, its like everything around an object is moving, spinning in circles.  The only thing I can think of is "OH MY GOODNESS, I HAVE A BRAIN TUMOR."  I do also have anxiety issues!!!  I just dont know whats causing my eyes to do this.  It feels like there is lots of pressure in there.  And I have also started to see like shadows around objects.  I dont know if its called seeing double, or if its something else.  Could someone please help me out?  Thanks a bunch!!!

When ı try to watch someting on tv ı see so much geometric shapes with light. At the night ı feel something dots are so much move. Many times ı went to eye doctor but everything is fine. See an ophthalmologist if you eye exam was with an optometrist.  If you saw an ophthalmologist, see a retinal specialist.
