Seeing flashes and floaters after being hit by a cricket ball in my left eye

i am 26 year old, my right was damaged 12 years ago and i i have blurred vision in that eye and in my left eye i got hit by a cricket ball 43 days ago i went to ophthalmologist she prescribed my cylclogyl( 1 week) and prednefren(4 weeks) drops. These flashes are persistent and not going away even after 6 weeks, i went to two different retina specialist they said your eye is fine. After 6 week still i feel extreme strain in my eye and some time pain in the brow when i use computer. My pupil is still large but i donot have problem focusing on close objects but i cannot focus or read for long time, i do not know why ? Is it because i have used cyclogyl drops for 1 week and went to 4 different doctors in last 6 weeks  and every time they dilated my eyes ? my eye is also sensitive to heat when i lay down i feel a weird sensation in my head and around my eye it feel like a wave moving in my face ...I am extremely worried about my eye cuz i just have one eye for good vision.

A more likely cause is that the focus muscle was damaged with your injury.  You may get better over time but you should probably have a refraction or glasses test to see if you need glasses for reading/computer   You should also consider wearing glasses all the time of impact resistant plastic lens with glasses Rx if you need it for protection and avoid contact sports and activities with hi risk of eye injury.

thanks for reply, i am short sighted( -1) and i use glasses, just want to ask you one more thing, what are these weird sensation that i feel when i lay down it feel like a wave around my eye and in forehead ?
In my right around 12 years ago i had vitreous hemorrhage and membrane in my retina was damaged, i can still see things from this eye but not clear, do you know any research is being carried out for layer transplant in retina ?? thanks
I cannot account for the wave that your feel on your eye and forehead.  While much research is being done on retina and macular problem. You would need to consult a retina surgeon to see if you can be helped.
i went to retina surgeon he show me the OCT scan of my right eye there was some uneven surface on the top and membrane( which was the white line in scan) beneath the surface was also uneven, he said i can peel off the top surface but there is no guarantee that you vision will improve because of damaged membrane.

i went to four different doctor in last 6 weeks they all said your eye is fine but even if i am not using computer i feel strain in my left eye after 46 days of injury, do you think i should consult with some other ophthalmologist for eye muscles ?

My pupil is still dilated i do not know why ?/

It's possible that your pupil could still be dilated due to medications used to make iris larger and put it at rest. These have red top. If you were it can take 4-8 weeks to wear off. OR your iris pupil may have been permanently damaged and the pupil may stay dilated. This is called traumatic iridoplegia. Discuss with your surgeons.   Retina surgeons don't usually pay much attention to refractive errors, need for glasses, most don't do glasses tests. So you might want to see a comprehensive ophthalmologist for glasses testing and eye muscle exam.
i have used cyclogyl drops for 1 week and in  last 6 week  i went to four different doctors and every time they dilated my eye.Are these drops caused my pupil larger?

i can focus on close object and my eye is not sensitive to tube light but it is just sensitive to sunlight.
Drops used for routine eye exams wear off in 2-6 hours in 99% of people. If you have blue, gray, green eyes the drops last longer but 1% cyclogyl should all be washed out and metabolized after 6-7 weeks. Likely the muscle that makes the pupil smaller (constrictor) was damaged.
I really appreciate for all of you answers and i just want to ask you some more questions,
1~  when i used cyclogyl drop in the first week of injury it made my eye so relaxed i felt like nothing has happened to my eye since i left that drops i feel strain in my eye.
1~ Cylogyl drop always made my near vision blurred but distance vision was fine and after 12 hours my near vision would become clear . does that mean that my pupil was actually reacting to light ??
There is doctor here in Perth Dr Fred chen who is Ophthalmic and Vitreoretinal Surgeon and he is doing research in stem cell therapy do you think i should visit him as well for my right eye ??

1. Cylogyl relaxes the focus muscle of the eye (cycloplegia) and dilates the pupil. Thus if any of your problem came from spasm or the pupil or focus muscle (ciliary body) it might make your eye feel more relaxed.
2. No explanation for this. It should blur your near vision but not your distance vision.
3. Since you continue to have complaints that seem difficulty for your eye physicians an additional consult might be a good idea. If you see him both eyes need to be checked which is the usual custom.
Upon re-reading your description. You could have "spasm" of accommodation. That would blur your distance but not your near vision. The cyclogyl would relax the focus muscle and make your distance better but your near worse until it wore off. It would also account for why your eye felt better and less strain after the cyclogyl. Ask the consultant about that.
