Seeng foreign objects in the eyes

Hi

I have problems with both my eyes.I see very faint string like things in my eyes.

At first I thought it was dirt,but after several days of washing up they still appear.

It seems these things flot as they are constanly changing shape.

What could this be?Please help.

My eyes are not sore,but I am feeling so scared and uncomfortable.

I would recommend that you seek the care of an eyeMD as you are experiencing a new onset of floaters. Sometimes, these may be associated with retinal tears or holes and require treatment.

They are probably just floaters.  You should see an I doctor to make sure.  9 out of 10 times they are just floaters inside your eye casting a shadow on your retina.  You need to make sure they are not actually caused by an underlng retina or vitrous disease.  Again 9 out of 10 ties it is nothing and it is normal to have some of this.  sometimes it goes away by itself.  See an eye doc to make sure though

Dear Brian I have Diabetic Retinopothy & see those floaters all the time. Do you or any one else in your family have Diabetis? You will definetly need to get your eyes checked either way.
