Severe Myopia at the age of 2.5 Y

Dear Sir,

My Child Praniti Gupta of age 2.5 Year is suffering from sevre myopia at right eys she has -10 Shperical and -4 cylinderical and at the left eye she has -7 spherical and -3 cylinderical.

I have following questions..
Is it possible to cure it?
If not possible to cure how severe the disease could be?
Can she loose the vision?
Is it possible to replace the eyes itself?
If you have any other suggestion please also do let us know.

Thanks in advance

1. NO cure
2. It may or MAY NOT affect the best corrected vision.  That is with glasses vision may be normal or could be less then normal. Time will tell.
3. Worse case scenario develops bilater myopic macular degeneration will still have good peripheral vision and can get around and take care of hereself. Not likely though that that will occur.
4. No
5. See a good pediatric ophthalmologist twice/year.
