Sharp paralysing headache that last for a few seconds only.

Hi, Iam not someone who usually suffers from headache apart from the normal once in a while typical headache. However, for the past few weeks I have been having sharp paralysing headache that last for a few seconds only. It usually  spreads from the entire cross section of my forehead or other parts of my head. I have been to see a doctor for these symptoms, since I hardly see a headache as a reason to actually go see a doctor. But now am worried with these episodes.

This discussion is related to Sharp, stabbing headaches that last only a few seconds to a few hours.

You've been to a doctor right? If he/she didn't turn up anything and the problem persists ask for a referral to an neurologist.
