Ski crash now eyelid twitch

Hi,

I was skiing the other day and had a crash, I hit my head (I was wearing a helmet) when I fell over. Initially I had a headache and felt a bit spaced out but now I am fine, however my right upper eyelid has started to involuntarily twitch and spasm way over 20 or so times a day, sometimes upto 50 or more. I was wondering if it is something I should expect to go away or I I should get it seen to by a doctor

Any closed head injury that has lingering neurologic effects should be checked out with a head scan or at least a visit to the doctor to make sure you don't have a serious head injury.  I would expect other signs such as uneven pupils or a bad headache if it was really bad and you may just have nerve irritation causing the twitching, but you should get it checked out for that rare potential serious problem.
