Small White Spots in my eye's Iris and Pupil

Respected Sir/Madam
..I have small white spots in my eye's(both) iris and pupil, due to which redness and tears flows  from my eyes  regularly  and some time after a period of 6-days also i have photo phobia because of this and bad vision . my doctor said u have dry eyes and  suggest me ..eyemist gel (hydroxypropyl Methycellulose (hypromellose) ophthalmic gel 0.3%)  and artificial tears  and for curing redness doctor suggest me Lotepred eye drop(Loteprednol Etabonate Ophthalmic Suspension--0.2%w/v sterile eye drop ) . and protect your eyes from direct Uv rays ..for which i have purchased a sun glasses.

I am really suffering . Kindly help me so that i will overcome from this problem.I hope u will suggest me the remedy not a doctor .

We are not able to make diagnosis and treatment in this forum. We can provide useful information and in some cases review things that help some people. Some problems like yours do not lend themselves well to either of these because there are too many things that might cause this.

I think your best opinion is get a second opinion from another ophthalmologist.
