Small pimple like bumps both upper eye lids Ammune(immune) ?

Ok, My daughter is going to our Eye Doctor this week. In the meantime I wanted to post a question and explain issue.(Give you some background) I have Sjogrens an AutoIimmune Disease and Immune disorders run in my family. She has been having been an ongoing pain under her sternum as well. The Doctor had said he believes it is a muscle issue not to worry.She had recently noticed a small pimple like bubble under both her right and left eye lid.She also  has been having been an ongoing pain under her sternum as well. The Doctor had said he believes it is a muscle issue not to worry. I had Googled and had located a forum and can not find it anymore.  It was about bumps under both eyelids and the relationship to an Autoimmune Disease and another symptom was pain under sternum.She has both of them symptoms. I can not locate the forum to find the name of the disease. I am wondering if anyone has ever heard of it. The reason am asking is becasue i want to get her tested just to eliminate it. I would hope my Rumatologist would know if I asked her but I do not want to jump the gun and make appointment with her. We are taking her to out primary this week as well. He is good but this is not his specialty.

Not sure I am aware of any autoimmune disease that has pain under sternum and bumps on eyelids.  Sarcoidosis could have lung findings and bumps on eye but unlikely what you are describing.  Probably the two (bumps and substernal pain) are not related.  She may have clogged oil glands on her eyelids which are very common.  I'm glad she is seeing an eye doctor (hopefully it is an ophthlamologist/ eye MD).  Wait till the appointment as an examination will reveal wether this is something simple or more involved.
