Some Wierd Problem

I have Floaters And Others Stuff in my Eye from the age of 15 and now i am 24 Still now i am seein all that stuff but ..from few days i am have some problem like When i See A Plan Surface Or Moving Object or blink my eye i see some Kind of small spot in the right side [Very LightWhite Sparkles stuff ] of my vision ..i Went to a doc tomorrow he said there is no problem with u eyes its fine.and also told that some kind of water stuff in the eye that cause this increase n no need to worried about .. or do i check with the other doctor...

when i stare at a white or plan surface i see many tinytiny dots stuck [Even When I Close My Eye i see in my eye lid] in my eye but iam seeing this from the age of 15 and now i am 24 but when i stare at the plan or white surface i notice that the tinytiny dots has increase a little bit as i see some sparklin tiny tiny dots in the right side of the vision.i hope u understand.

Sometime i see some white blue black spot anywhere in the vision and disappear in few min.
I Am So Worried Of All This Stuff ..Its This All Disease Is Dangerous Or Normal Or Etc..Please Tell Me ..

Its There anyway to remove the tiny tiny or it will be stay the same or increase futher..

Does Anyone in The World Has this Kind of the disease Like I have in my eye

And Yes Today Again Went to a different doctor the doctor told me some kind of gelly stuff in the eye that cause u to see more tiny tiny stucked dots and also told some kind of eye xray stuff didnt remmeber that part ...this xray stuff will check the whole retina stuff so that i can know my eyes are safe or not [this all doctor told me].....do i do that xray stuff or not ..please sorry again for my bad english i hope u understand...
