I would recommend that you seek the care of an eyeMD specializing in neuroophthalmology if this persists. A complete eye examination and history is indicated including dilation.

They are tiny white blood cells in vitreous humour,commonly called eye floater's.
If you focus on them it can really make your more & more anxious,so try to ignore them as much as you can.
If you see sudden increase in no floater's with eye flashes in dark room they see an ophthalmologist.
