Spots of lights and stars

Spots of lights and stars

I have nearsightedness, and I see floaters.
I knew floaters are normal for people like me, but i
went to my eye doctor,
and he said my retina is okay.
However,
3 weeks after i went to my eye doctor, I began to see more eye floater, and
now i even see light spots when i look at the sky and white walls.
I also see stars more often.
What does that mean? Do I have retinal tear? And should i go see my eye doctor again?

Yes see an ophthalmologist because the number of floaters has increased and you're myopic

The light spots are likely entopic phenomena spefically the "flying corpuscle" blue field effect.
