My 4 years old son is having a squint. we checked his eyesight. the report is as follows: Right:Spherical(-1.00), Cylindrical(-3.00), Axis(20). Left:Spherical(-1.00), Cylindrical(-3.50), Axis(170). Now he is using glasses. How it will be in future?
First of all "squint" also known as "strabismus" is not the same as a refractive error. So what you sent me is a glasses RX. It says nothing about the vision or whether your child has strabismus or if he does whether its a convergent or divergent strabismus. He needs to wear the glasses all waking hours to help vision develop. Might need surgery or patching. If you have other children have them checked as this often runs in families.
