Sterile Sodium Chloride Solution For Cleaning Eyes.

Can I use sterile sodium Chloride solution (in individual vials) to clean the eyelids, instead of using Blephagel, or LidCare?

There is no anti-bacterial ingredient in sterile saline.  Saline could remove mucus or lid crusts, or be used to flush the eye in case of a foreign body irritation.
