Steroid ingection red eye scloritis/episclitis/Wegener Gran...

Red eye in right eye since Dec22 2008.Eye doctor gave me drops 5 different kinds.No results .Pain was bad and hard to focus.Sometime there is a water pocket in the corner of eye.Now treatment,prednisone,drops for lowering eye pressure,and injection of steroid that now has to be removed because it has caused high pressure in the right eye.Can the steroid really be removed?Can I go blind removing the steroid out of right eye.nin77ca
