Stye type thing, had it for months

Basically, I've had this lump under my eye which is around a cm in length, for around 3 months. It started with a stye which went but the lump stayed. Occasionally inside my eye gets a head of a stye and there's puss but it goes after a day or so.
My vision is now beginning to be affected. I see big black circles which grow in size the further an object is from me, they only appear where light is or where light is being reflected, I have also noticed my eye sight being slightly blurred.
Anyone know what to do?
