Subconjunctival hemorrhage and red eye?

could a sub-conjunctival haemorrhage or red eye (are they both the same thing?) cause a change in iris color by having an effect on the pigments in the iris resulting a discolouration?

Subconjunctival hemorrhage can not cause an iris color change.  Other rare causes of red eye such as uveitis could but would have other side effects such as blurry vision and light sensitivity.  Go see an ophthalmologist for a full exam to evaluate the cause of iris color change as some causes could be serious.
