Surgery For Brown Spots On The Sclera

I know this type of surgery is cosmetic but what type of surgery can I get to rid the brown spots on the sclera of my eyes?  And being insurance doesn't cover this surgery, what will be the price range?

Talk to an ophthalmologist to make sure lesions are not cancerous or pre-cancerous lesions.  Some  lesions may not be treatable  with surgery.  Usually I advise patients to leave benign lesions alone.  The surgery could leave significant scarring.  In 12 years of practice, I've never had a patient have a benign nevus or freckle removed from conjunctiva or sclera just for cosmetic reasons.  Feel free to get a few opinions from ophthalmologists in your area.  I think it is very, very important to know what the lesions are first.
