I am a generally healthy 24 year old female. Just 2 nights ago began noticing pain right underneath my right eye as if bruised. By the next morning, it was swollen and puffy in the same general area, slightly painful. No obvious lump or stye, just a large surfaced bump painful to palpation and always bothersome when blinking. Iced my eye several times that day which helped with general pain and keeping it somewhat down, but the swelling did slowly grow and when I left the house later for about 4-5 hours, it got worse. After googling as much as I could, I switched to warm compress after coming home. When awaking this morning, swelling as grown again covering more surface area underneath my eye getting lower, along with it, more pain. My right eye itself is showing no signs of redness, discharge, etc. and my left is 100% normal. I am quite concerned at this point as well as very uncomfortable, and while I AM seeing a doctor later this afternoon, I am seeking any advice!!
