Swirling grey vision/ spots
Recently when I'm outside when I relax my eyes to enjoy the scenery I start seeing bright "light" spots swirling around. Almost like microscopic suns just floating it only happens every now and then, but its occurring more frequently. Also, when i look at clouds I start to get this grey swirling tunnel vision. I'm 19 and I don't know if my eyes are just quitting out on me or i'm not getting enough vitamin k.
Sounds like classic entoptic phenomenon to me

Hard to say what you are noticing. You could be seeing floaters in your vitreous. Because I can only speculate as to your problem, I would prefer you have a complete eye exam with an ophthalmologist. Visual migraines are also a possibility.
