Swollen Eye

I woke up last night and it felt like there was something in my eye. I tried to rub it out but that just seemed to make it worse so I got up and used some eye wash and it still didn't feel good and my eye started to swell a little.
I decided to just leave it be after that and went back to bed. When I woke up in the morning my eye was almost swollen shut. It is mostly my upper eye lid but the lower lid is also puffy down where you usually have "bags" under your eyes. Is this something I need to see a doctor about???

Yes, you need to see an ophthalmologist.

If it doesn't clear up today, go ahead and see a doctor.  There are a lot of allergens around due to the mild winter in many parts of the US, and I have been having symptoms like yours (one eye much worse than the other).  The doc gave me some antihistamine eye drops that have totally cured this problem.
