Swollen Eyelid, clear discharge,

I have been waking up every day with only my left eye swelling up. The bottom lid primarily. There is no sign of exterior redness, no sign of an infection anywhere, however when I pull the lid down compared to my other eye is is red inside versus being a fleshy color. The tear duct is also overworked I believe because I am able to press down on my right tear duct and create a little crinkly noise, which usually signals to me that its working ok. When I press on the left tear duct nothing happens. My eye is also insanely itchy. I have not changed anything I have worn, put on, etc, so I am trying to rule out allergies even though I live in a dingy moldy basement. the inner corner of my eyes are also scaly, they burn to touch. I have gotten this before and its gone away.

I am also applying antihistine drops, sulfacetamide sodium ophathlmic solution, and neomycin and polymycin b sulfaces and bacitracin zin ophalmic ointment. The 2 latter were given to me by doctors for previous eye infections.
What should I use and what the hell is going on? Thank you.

You should see an EyeMD.
