Swollen Water Bubble on Top Eyelid

What is making 1 eyelid swell over my eyelashes with a watery bubble in the corner next to my nose?  As time goes by the pressure in this eye increases above 24. The pressure and pain in my head becomes unbearable.  With much antibiotics and prednisone it goes down but as soon as the medication leaves my system it returns.  I have been told by an ENT that it was not caused by anything related to sinuses.  Nothing shows up on MRI except what 1 doctor said was cellulitis. Other doctors say it is not preceptal cellulitis.  Thyroid has been a problem for me in the past.  Thyroid is normal at this time.  Also the swelling goes down over the day and is at its worst in the morning upon waking.

I have and now my endocrinologist has finally referred me to a neuro opthamologist.  Finally some help. My insurance charges high co-pays for specialists but hopefully this will be the one that helps. I have spent so much money and have many bills now because my problem was not recognized and referred to the appropriate medical personnel.
