Swollen eye, decreased vision, light sensitivity

Hi, for the past 5-6 months, suddenly my right eye had become swollen, and enlarged. Ontop of that, the eye has had decreased vision, and see's lighter, if that makes any sense. Its been a while and ive not gotten too many answers with this. Ive been on antibiotics numerous times with no change. Could anyone please help?

You need a complete eye exam by an Eye MD, ideally a cornea/external disease specialist.
