Teary eyes when outdoor

I noticed about 5 months ago that my left eye is always teary when I'm outdoor. It becomes even more teary when its a bit windy. It normally doesn't happen before now.
What's the cause of that and how can it be treated?

You need to start with an examination by an ophthalmologist Eye MD. Ask your family MD for a referral or go to www.aao.org and find one near you. When only one eye waters we think of a eyelid problem or  more common a partial or complete blockage of the tear duct.
