Temporary Night-blindness in two eyes.

To start with, I'm a 15 years old rarely exercise and rarely eat vegetables boy.
My weight is 98 Kg, now I'm started to exercise :)

When I turn off the light and lay myself down to the bed.
A few minutes ago I open my eyes look in to the dark, but I can't see anything.
3-6 minutes ago I open my eyes again, and my eyes is completely change to the night vision,
And I can see everything more better. What causes it? It dangerous?

I have this symptom almost 1 year or more, I don't know, I'm not observe to it.
and I already see the ophthalmologist, but my eyes everything is normal but have a vitreous degeneration.

No that is normal and is your eye changing from light vision to twilight vision to night vision. Three different systems in the eye. Quit worrying yourself sick.
Thanks =D
