Temporary blindness and ringing in ears

weirdest thing just happened.... i was taking a shower when my ears started to ring. so i got out and tried to get water outta my ears with my towel. so i was walking to my sister's room when my head hurt really bad. so i left and went back to my bathroom where i lost my sight. i just stood there until my ears stopped ringing and i migrated back to my bed where i eventually got my sight back
I'm 14, and nothing like this ever happened to me before... i feel fine now, but i was really scared. THANKS.
